Getting Started on a Weight Loss program requires education and
inspiration. I am commencing my own Personal Campaign Against Obesity in Australia. The cost of this terrible affliction is becoming too much for this country to bear. Not only the personal cost and the family cost, but the over-all cost to the community in medical care is becoming astronomical. This CD is the start of my campaign.
