John Toomey

John Toomey is one of Australia’s leading Health Educators. He holds a Degree in Physical Education and has worked in a number of diverse areas. His work includes Professional Sport, where he has served as a Conditioning Coach and/or Nutritionist to seven AFL Teams, most recently Richmond Football Club in 1998-9, to the upper level of Australia’s corporate community as a Speaker and Trainer in the areas of Health, Personal Development, Work/Life Balance and Leadership to organisations like National Australia Bank, BHP, Telstra and The Productivity Commission. John has also taught at a number of Melbourne’s Universities and Colleges including Monash University’s School of Medicine where he taught an alternative health and lifestyle enhancement program to medical students. He is a regular presenter at National and International conferences. John  has been a regular, in demand, media commentator on radio stations like 3LO, 3AK, 2GB and the Austereo Group, and in Melbourne Newspapers.

 

 

Robin Crawley

A founding Member of the Banksia Environmental Foundation, Robin is now one of Melbourne’s leading Men’s Counselors, and runs a thriving program in the Eastern suburbs called “The Male Journey”, a program that takes men on a self discovery through the journey of manhood. Robin is also an expert in Mid Life Transitions and Relationships.

 

 Tracie Wilson

Tracie has worked in Corporate Health and Wellness programs for many years, acting as a senior program coordinator for HBA Health Management and Mayne Health. She is a talented presenter and a true example of excellent health and well-being. Tracie is also an accredited Life Coach and Fitness Leader.

 

 

 

Flip Shelton

Flip Shelton is a passionate cook who cooks mostly with organic seasonal foods, and grows herbs and vegetables in her courtyard garden in Melbourne. Flip has cooked on television on Surprise Chef and Huey’s Cooking Adventures, and is currently a regular on Good Morning Australia. She shares her love for food each week on Melbourne radio 3RRR. And she is a regular columnist for Australian Triathlete and the Leader Group of Newspapers. She’s a keen triathlete and has completed three Ironman events (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42km run) and is training for her third Ironman. Along the way Flip has completed 1 marathon, 3 half marathons, 3 half Ironman events, Round the Bay in a Day and the Alpine Classic as well as numerous fun runs.

 

 

 

Neal Hoptman

One of the Worlds most in-demand experts on health and wellbeing, Neal is the author of the stunning book “Help Yourself to Health”. Neal travels the world consulting to Health and Wellness retreats across the world, having worked in Australia, USA, Jamaica, Hong Kong, Thailand, Germany and New Zealand in the past 6 months alone.
